Job Overview:
ClearFocus Technologies is seeking a Junior Program Manager/Project Manager for our federal programs. As a Junior Program Manager/Project Manager you will play a key role in supervising and facilitating the successful completion of government contracts. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects adhere to federal regulations and standards, managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure successful completion of government contract tasks and deliverables.
Manage the flow of information from government project owners or prime contractors to the team and ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards.
Provide a high-level oversight of assigned projects while ensuring adherence to budget and schedule constraints.
Assess, manage, and mitigate risks related to program costs, schedules, and performance.
Lead and manage workforce planning and assist with staffing requirements.
Collaborate with agency program executives to achieve organizational objectives and execute strategic planning.
Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, ensuring project specifications and regulatory guidelines are met.
Approve timesheets and expense reports as needed.
Maintain situational awareness of personal time off balances and manage PTO requests.
Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably with exposure to federal programs.
Knowledge of federal programs and regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Interaction with Contracting Officers (CO) or Contracting Officer Representatives (COR) is preferred.
Experience working as a subcontractor on government contracts is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Proficiency in modern information and communication technologies.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities.
Desired Skills:
Experience with project development and risk management in project management.
Proficiency in customer relations and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
