Job Description and Tasks: Serve as the Government point of contact and provide technical and administrative supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the contract, supervise on- going technical efforts, and manage contract performance. Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to respond to taskers, inquiries, Requests for Information (RFIs), and other requests as needed by the Government. Interface with Government management personnel; staff all tasks; formulate and enforce work standards; assign schedules; review work discrepancies; and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
Job Requirements/Required Skills:
Must be a U.S. citizen
Possess an active SECRET level clearance
Possess and maintain Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Possess and maintain Information Assurance Management Level III (IAM III): Security Controls Assessor Representative (SCAR) certification
Hold at least one Computing Environment (CE) certification/certificate for the operating system(s) and/or security related tools/devices they support as defined by the contractor’s cyberspace function” satisfying one of the following categories:
Software development (e.g., java, .net. C++, python, Visual Basic, etc.)
Proven expertise in the management and control of complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate database, network, and communications subsystems
Proven skills in manpower utilization, procurement, training, problem resolution, and employee relations
Proven experience in re-prioritizing tasks and resources to meet government mission requirements
Experience in the management of cost, performance, and schedules on contracts
Information Systems Security Engineering (ISSE) services and life cycle support
Required computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio), working with PDFs, and other formats as required and in Government designated architecture tool suite
Experience providing technical innovations for a large-scale organization, such the military or other large Government organization
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience in presenting material to senior DoD and non-DoD officials
C4 experience in a military headquarters or command center environment
DevSecOps, including potential risks, mitigation measures, risks, and related assessment plans
Assessment of potential risks, mitigation measures, and residual risks for existing and new systems and capabilities
Knowledge of applicable DoD, JFHQ DoDIN, USCYBERCOM, and USTRANSCOM security guidelines and best practices
Preparing and processing Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms)
Serving as a Security Control Assessor Representative (SCAR)
