We are currently looking for a Scrum Master to do the following tasks:
- Facilitate or guide a software development product owner, team, and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum concepts, values, practices, and principles focusing on improving team effectiveness.
- The Scrum Master leads discussions and decision making and assists in mediation of conflict resolution.
- Demonstrate expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements from project stakeholders.
- Understand the fundamentals of iterative development as well as backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition.
- Create Requirement Documents (RD) and based on the project need, develop Test Plans (TPs) and Test Cases.
- Understanding of the basic fundamentals of iterative development as well as backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition.
- Experience working with distributed software development products and teams, with ability to lead cross functional teams.
- Experience with common Agile practices and service-oriented environments.
- 8+ years of relevant experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Active Public Trust Clearance.
