We are currently looking for a Microsoft 365 Jr. Engineer to do the following tasks:
Provide customer support (incident & task resolution) as a member of the "Tier 3 - Collaboration" workgroup in the DOE EITS DAYS ticketing system. Primary areas of support include Microsoft Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive.
Utilize the following M365 application Admin Centers for various administrative tasks and issue investigation & resolution - M365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint & Azure AD Track Microsoft service-related problems and outages and provide updates to EITS Contact and collaborate with Microsoft support as needed on incidents, software bugs, service degradations/outages, etc.
Monitor Microsoft's service alerts posted in admin center and email alerts and update EITS constituents as needed (Service Health - vendor reported service degradations and outage, Message Center - planned changes to the tenant) Utilize 3rd party service management solutions ShareGate and AvePoint to perform various administrative functions such as data migration, compliance, reporting, etc.
