We are seeking a Vulnerability Management Team Lead for a Hybrid opportunity in Bethesda, Maryland and DMV locations. All applicants must be USC with an active Public Trust. No 3rd parties, no exceptions.
• Strong technical background in IT and a fundamental understanding of vulnerability management.
• Experience developing and executing a comprehensive vulnerability management program, including policies and procedures.
• Experience leading and mentoring a vulnerability management team.
• Strong background in secure IT operations and management of endpoint, infrastructure, and platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership in incident response, Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) resolution, and continuous monitoring.
• Proven experience engaging with Federal leadership, Cybersecurity Operations Centers (CSOC), and compliance offices.
