Requirements:
- Assist with creating and maintaining reference materials – FAQs, knowledge articles, iTrain.
- Ensure all processes, plans, schedules, and other written documents are completed timely.
- Assist with troubleshooting M365 IRWorks incident and tasks tickets (Priority 1 – Priority 4).
