Seeking a junior to mid-level Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform Developer to join a critical applications modernization/maintenance program supporting a federal government agency. This opportunity is 100% remote and requires USC with an active Public Trust. No 3rd parties.
Description:
The candidate will be a member of a scrum team that will provide full software lifecycle development, performance, support, and maintenance of a cloud application following the Agile methodology. The developer will implement, support, and enhance custom applications using Dynamics 365 and Power Apps Model Driven frameworks, as well as using out of the box Dynamics CRM/CE applications for business needs such as case management and task management. Responsibilities include the following:
• Perform as a developer for the delivery of Power Apps / Dynamics 365 configuration, custom assembly development, integration code and maintenance support
• Perform design and development of full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Apps Canvas or Model Driven frameworks
• Work as part of an integrated Agile team to develop user stories and design artifacts to effectively convey requirements to both client stakeholders and development teams
Required Skills:
• 4+ years of IT application development experience; including coding utilizing C# or other similar programming language
• In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services.
• Strong working knowledge of Model-driven Power Apps and Canvas Apps with Dataverse
• Proficiency debugging JavaScript, plug-ins, and out-of-the-box configurations in a Model-driven Power Apps and Canvas App with Dataverse solution
• Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
• Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies and ability to work in fast-paced environment utilizing 2-week Sprints
• Ability to work effectively in a medium sized cross-functional team to achieve desired results
• Must be a US Citizen
Desired Skills:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Apps certifications
• Experience working for federal government customers
• PCF Controls development experience
• SharePoint development experience
• Active Federal Government public trust clearance
