We are seeking a Mid-Level Recruiter for a remote opportunity. All applicants must be a USC. No exceptions.

Job Description:
Must have 5 years of experience with Sourcing Government/Cleared opportunities up to TS/SCI level.
Prior experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience using multiple job boards to source qualified candidates

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Outreach:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to identify and attract highly qualified technical candidates with experience in government and public sector work up to TS/SCI level
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, networking events, professional associations, and specialized government recruitment platforms.
Prior experience utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to document all candidate activities.

Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
Conduct thorough resume reviews and initial candidate screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, and alignment with job requirements.
Coordinate and manage comprehensive interview processes, ensuring compliance with government standards and hiring regulations.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical and project-specific needs and to develop job descriptions that align with project goals.
Maintain effective communication with internal teams, government clients, and external stakeholders to streamline the recruitment process.

Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with government regulations, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies and security clearance requirements.
Maintain meticulous records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions to meet auditing standards.

Candidate Experience:
Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining open communication, offering feedback, and ensuring a professional and respectful recruitment journey.
