Our client is seeking mid-level candidates to support the Enterprise Data Team for a large defense organization preparing for and undergoing an audit. The ideal candidate will have the ability to be collaborative, creative, detail-oriented, a good communicator/listener, organized, an 'outside the box' thinker, proactive, self-motivated, and team player/oriented.

Ideal candidates will possess four or more years' experience in the following: 
•Ability to support client in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
•Ability to multi-task and work independently in a high-performing team structure
•Ability to develop and conduct presentations and briefs for Senior Leadership
•Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & MS Project
•Responsibility for the factual accuracy and thorough analysis, appropriateness of analytic methods/design, and resulting recommendations.

Additional Requirements: 
•Knowledge of SAP configuration, setup, and design; SAP configuration components versus customization components defined by RICE-FW requirements
•Knowledge of OMB Circular A-123, Appendix D; compliance with FFMIA and TFM requirements
•Knowledge of TFM Federal Financial Management System Requirements (FFMSRs) 
Knowledge of internal control over financial reporting, utilizing OMB Circular A-123 Appendix A; knowledge of Appendices B & C.
•Knowledge of reporting requirements of FMFIA and compliance with the Standards for Internal Control in the Federal Government (the Green Book) 
•Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) assessments and reviews utilizing NIST and FISCAM
•Experience identifying and evaluating FFMIA control gaps in business process documentation 
•Experience identifying and tracking compliance indicators and assessing data trends in agency reports and relevant documentation and guidelines (such as FISMA, FISCAM, SOC1 and ICONO)
•CISA, CPA, CDFM, or CGFM a plus
