The Contractor shall provide Project Management and Subject Matter
Expertise (SME) support for Windows 10/EndPoint Device Refresh project.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review schedules for quality, to include the required attributes and to ensure baselines
  • are established and managed against.
  • Engage with Key Stakeholders to ensure schedules are properly built and managed to,
  • including daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Work directly with PMO leadership to review the project schedule, provide guidance to
  • ensure schedule data is in an acceptable format, and ensure that the schedule is updated on a regular weekly basis (at minimum).
  • Engage with Program and Contract Management (PCM) personnel to ensure all pertinent financials are captured, tracked and reported on as specified by relevant management stakeholders.
  • Utilize experience in Program/Project Management and Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) projects that leverage both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Utilize SDLC stage gate processes and related activities and challenges
  • Work closely with the Government PMO and Project Sponsor to coordinate project activities, including those activities that reside across various support contracts
  • Apply teaming, collaborative and communication skills accompanied with ability to adapt to changes to meet project management goals and objectives
  • Establish cost, scope and schedule baselines, conduct change requests to baseline as required
  • Provide active monitoring and control of cost/budget, schedule, scope, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide expert Project Monitoring and Control activities and best practices.
  • Provide expert enterprise infrastructure migration activities such as Windows based OS upgrades and endpoint device refresh projects.
  • Establish clear, concise and results-driven reporting procedures, formats and metrics
  • Plan, development and present briefings to senior government staff
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills
The following assumptions and constraints apply to this tasking:
(1) The contractor must have MS Project experience and expertise
(2) The contractor must have experiences in successfully delivering on Enterprise related
projects of similar scope and complexity
(3) All equipment and software purchase will be done via other contract awards.
