Responsibilities:
  • Sr. Project Manager to manage activities including management of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for the IdAM projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the Government Program Manager/Product Owner to coordinate project activities, including those activities that reside across various support contracts
  • Coordinate with Government PM Lead, IdAM team to include collaborating with key stakeholders and senior management to assure project progression is meeting cost, schedule, scope, and quality goals.
  • Develop project artifacts as required
  • Establish cost, scope and schedule baselines, conduct change requests to baseline as required
  • Manage change management process
  • Provide active monitoring and control of cost/budget, schedule, scope, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish clear, concise and results-driven reporting procedures, formats and metrics
  • Plan, development and present briefings to senior government staff
  • Maintain integrated master schedule of project milestones. Support project managers in developing sound schedules. Monitor resource conflicts across the project portfolio
  • Produce executive level project performance metrics, status reporting including eCPIC, portfolio management reports, and project dashboards reports
  • Review project artifacts for completeness and quality
 
Qualifications:
  • MA/MS with 4+ years or BA/BS with 5+ years of relevant experience in Information Technology Project Management
  • Experience in managing Identity and Access Management for Federal Government
  • 5+ years managing and leading technical staff to deliver successful technology solutions
  • Strong leadership capabilities, including demonstrated experience bringing ideas from concept to execution, motivating, leading and guiding teams through periods of growth and transition, and building productive, collaborative relationships with other functions.
  • Stakeholder management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders
  • High level of professionalism, self-motivation and a strong sense of urgency
  • PMP certification is required
  • Experienced in using MS Project
  • Experience in support of Federal Civilian Agencies is desired.
  • Working experience with Google Sites and Huddle Workspaces
