We are seeking  a senior level .NET C# developer with more than seven (7) years of proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex systems on the .NET platform. Specific responsibilities include designing, developing, maintaining, and releasing web applications in accordance to the Board IT's System Development Methodology (SDM) and best coding practices. Experience developing and architecting web applications using WebAPI, MVC, Javascript and JQuery is required. All applicants must be USC no exceptions!!!

·         Experience developing web applications on the ASP.NET, C#, Entity Framework (LINQ Queries), MVC, WebAPI
·         Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
·         Experience with SQL Server 2016
·         Skilled with JQuery, Angular JS, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, XML, JSON
·         Excellent troubleshooting abilities
·         Experience working in a team environment as well as independently
·         Strong analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal)
·         Experience mentoring junior programmers
·         Experience resolving security vulnerabilities in code, such as cross-site scripting
·         Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills;
  • Experience developing application for different devices, browsers and form factors
  • Experience building applications with Web Services, REST and SOA
  • Experience with custom SharePoint applications using C#
  • Experience with reporting tools concepts
  • Experience with multiple SDLC models, particularly Agile methodologies

About the Project
The candidate will be working onsite (8 hours per day/40 hours per week), with a project lead, a quality assurance analyst, and a few other programmers. The project lead will assign the candidate tasks to help design, develop and test a custom-built software product called eGov. The responsibilities may shift throughout the year to help with the redesign effort. However, initially, the candidate will be responsible for the following:
· Maintaining existing code; such as fixing code to eliminate security vulnerabilities identified through security scans (e.g. cross site scripting) & fixing code to resolve issues that surface after environmental changes (e.g. software patch)
·         Design systems and individuals modules within the system to meet business
·         Provides in-depth technical leadership for large systems
·         Responsible for technical development of others
·         Develops code using C#; .NET MVC framework
·         Test, debugs and implements modules and systems
