Principal Business Process Reengineering Specialist (Key Personnel) at a minimum, applies process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.  Responsible for effective transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives.  Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer.  Key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.  Provides daily supervision and direction to Business Process Reengineering Specialist, at least a BA/BS degree is required with at least 5 years of experience. Must have an active Top Secret Clearance.

TASK AREA 4 – CYBER SERVICES INFORMATION ASSURANCE
Clearance and access levels: TOP SECRET & TOP SECRET/SCI with JWICS access + SECRET IT-I, II access levels
The contractor shall provide technical expertise, resources and support to Cyber Services and will develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive security strategy for DISA's IT enterprise while remaining compliant with all applicable DoD Directives and Instructions pertaining to Information Assurance.  There is a potential for 24x7 support.
DISA IT Enterprise Information Assurance support shall include all activities required to:
  • Design, evaluate, analyze, pilot, deploy and maintain capabilities to ensure the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of the DISA IT Enterprise data, and the authentication, access control, and non-repudiation capabilities of the DISA IT Enterprise in accordance with (IAW) the DoD 8500 series of Directives and Instructions
  • Implement IA Vulnerability Alert (IAVA’s)
    Conduct Network Security Scans and Operational Securities (OPSEC)
  • Prepare and Evaluate Documents and Data in Support of the Current DoD Information and Mission Assurance
  • Certification and Accreditation Process
  •  Information Assurance Incident Support
  •    Technical Input for the Development of Network Security Policy
  •  Networks and systems security scans and vulnerability management
  • Enterprise cyber architecture and engineering
  •   DOD Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation
  •   Public Key Infrastructure services
  •   COMSEC services
  •  Insider Threat Management
