Enterprise Engineer/Architect

We are looking for a seasoned engineer candidate that can provide leadership and direction for the implementation of the latest, best in class solutions, and have a burning desire to continue learning new technology.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the entire team and company from non-technical support staff, to developers, peers, senior management, etc.
  • Solve Complex Problems using Design Thinking (Divergent/Convergent Approaches; Analysis and Synthesis; etc.)
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the following areas:
  • Enterprise Architecture
  • Data Architecture
  • DevOps
  • Cloud Architecture
  • Infrastructure (Unclassified and Top Secret environments)
  • Production Support
  • System Design
  • Application Design
  • Cross Domain Technologies
  • Serve as the SME in the following areas:
  • Digital Rights Management (DRM)
  • Wiki / Documentation on Wiki
  • Document Processing
  • Library Management
  • Policy Documentation
  • Intelligence Production
  • Research and evaluate products for implementation in the TS environment.
  • Document complex ideas and approaches to present them to high-level audiences not yet informed about the subject
  • Provide hands on support to develop proposed solutions.
  • Knowledgeable with data science. Maintain a very clear understanding of structured and unstructured data and tagging Intelligence products.
  • Provide recommendations for and implement process and technical improvements across the organization.
  • Perform production deployments of custom software.
  • Provide application monitoring support on the TS network.
  • Generate Enthusiasm, Serving as a positive influence and Role Model across disparate teams
  • Mentor team members through complex situations, both technical and personal
  • Work closely with IC working groups to establish relationships. Work with client to ensure IC requirements are implemented.

  • Maintain excellent time-management practices in the face of frequent and rapidly changing priorities
  • Able define and manage priorities.
  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal). Able to build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Experienced preparing technical presentations and presenting to both a technical and non-technical audience.
Primary Skills Desired
  • Experience with supporting the Joint Worldwide Intelligence System (JWICS).
  • Experience with migrating or planning to migrate to the Intelligence Community (IC) Cloud.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of classified materials handling and classification guidelines.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP).
